In 2008 I attended a small makeup school here in Victoria B.C., where I thought my special effects makeup career would begin! However, it became very clear very quickly that beauty makeup was my passion, and bald caps and third degree burns were not.

From 2008-2022 I worked in the amazing world of retail cosmetics, for brands like Estee Lauder, MAC, Smashbox, and YSL. Here I had the opportunity to learn from so many incredibly talented people, work on every skin tone, and texture imaginable, all while creating my little freelance career on the side - doing weddings whenever I could. Bridal makeup has always been my passion and my dream, its always been what I’ve wanted to do most, ever since attending makeup school.

In the spring of 2022, after having my second son, I decided to leave retail, and dive 100% into my own business. I’m so thankful for all of my supportive clients who make this dream of mine a reality, I truly cannot believe I get paid to meet incredible people, and make them feel their absolute best, its so much fun!

I am a very lucky mom to two sweet (and crazy!) little boys, married to a guy who makes me laugh all day every day, and I have two raggedy little rescue dogs. When I’m not working, I’m probably making sourdough, trying to get some exercise in, or picking up lego.
